i was found guilty on a charge of a theft scheme less than $500 can i get this expungement and o apreciate an reply or input

You may not expunge a conviction for theft scheme less than $500. Only nolle prosequi, stet, and probation before judgement may be expunged.
You may be able to pursue remedies, such as appeal, pardon, post-conviction, or coram nobis in an attempt to overturn the conviction. However they require significant time and resources to pursue, and they may not succeed.
