This is a first time being in trouble outside of traffic court such as, driving on suspended license (failure to pay seatbelt tickets) and the a like. I am 28 years old have 3 children and am married to their mother. So obviously I need to be here, and need to figure out what exact steps I should be taking so I can continue to provide for my family. Thank you so much for any help or insight you can provide. I wish I had the money to just pay a reputable attorney, I really hope not being able to afford it doesn't turn out to be the beginning of my worst nightmares.

Perhaps the court might recall the warrant, if it finds that you have a good reason.
An experienced criminal defense attorney can help you evaluate the prosecution's case, any defenses that you might have, and any plea offer that might be made, so that you can decide whether to go to trial. Consider seeking a confidential consultation.
