Being Frame By A Detective

My fiance is in jail for somthing he didnt do and we can prove it. We have wittness stating where he was at at the time the crime was comitted.They have the two men in custody as we speak that comitted the crime. i got statements from the wittness that was at the vookout that he was thowing at the time the crime was vomitted. what should i do? The detective that is on his case is trying to frame my fiance of this crime. what should i do please give me a anwser please.Is it good that he have a panneal lawyer?What should i do?

What ever information you have you should give to HIS ATTORNEY. Do not give it to the police, or the prosecutor. His attorney will be able to work with the information to help him, and not try to disprove the information you have gathered to hurt him. It may be that your fiance will have to stay in jail until he is acquitted of the charges. You will have to just be patient with the process. It's never good enough for you to tell the government "I was somewhere else" It's probably best to wait for a jury to hear it.

The attorney your fiance should have is the one he is most comfortable with and trust. He has to be able to trust the person will fight hard for him.
