Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
my friend has been found guilty of second degree rape and now he is currently in prison. He has an appeal coming up in nov but we are very scared that it will not work out again because he has to use a public defender again and the first on proved he wasn't going to try. Im helping him find a pro bono lawyer but i have no clue where to look can you please give me suggestion
