Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I have a friend that has been getting verbally assaulted and her life threatened by her ex. She is to scared to do anything about it. She has voice mails and texts saved of him saying these things. I would like to know if he can be charged and to what extent to maybe get her to do something about it before it gets out of hand.
From what I have gathered, he has Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I do not know if he has been diagnosed with this but I do know thats what is problem is for sure. We are located in maryland. thank you.
