Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
What could happen?
If the state has you on video with a shotgun and they are using it as evidence, What could happen and how much time would you be facing? Some charges are 4 cnts of recklass endagerment and the wear and carry of a dangerous weapon.

The answer depends on exactly what was charged and exactly what the video shows. Each count of reckless endanerment carries five years and wear and carry carries three years.
Get a lawyer. Even if a person does not dispute the state's evidence, a lawyer can assist in arguing for a lesser sentence.
