Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My husband has already had a appeal and a post conviction that was fouled up by a incompentent lawyer but he is innocent and we have alot of evidence to convince anyone who is willing to listen what should we do now?

He may file another post-conviction. When seeking a lawyer, keep interviewing and do not retain one until you are comfortable with the one you retain. Be prepared that transcripts will be necessary and may be expensive. This cost will be in addition to legal fees.
