Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My husband was arrested for an old fugitive warrant in Maryland from Pennsylvania. He was told by the judge the Pennsylvania has 30 days to pick him up from Maryland. what are our options, does he have to stay in jail and wait on Pennsylvania?
