Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
my husband has a court date for vop failure to pay restitution since 07 but since we have gone through major financial hardships that can be proven, now he lost his job and was denied benefits so we appealed it employment will back it up but I don't work due to disabilities and we have two kids what are we to expect with his case?
