Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
husband incarcarated in maryland doc and has been served an indictment but has not been transported to the county it was issued out of. he is trying to get a speedy trial and get it over so that he can get all his prison time over at once and can come out without any detainers. the detainers are alos hurting his job choices and his possiblity of going to pre release what can he do to get this moving
