Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
my husband got locked up june 7 2015 and he was already on probation.he got locked up for a crime he did in 2014. he sat in the holding sell for 8 months he went to court jan 2016 and judge sentenced him to suspended 10 years supervised probation and 222 days credit given.he had a detainer out on him in another county in jessup md for violation of probation they want him to do one year and a day is it possible he can get out with time served do you 8 months on a year sentence..
