Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My husband was pulled over for a false registration sticker on the cars tag. It was not his car and he had no idea, his car was in the shop at the time. His court date is next week. He has no criminal record or even a bad driving record. Should he get an attorney?

Depending on the precise Code section that your husband has been charged with violating, the penalty might include jail or only a fine. An experienced criminal defense attorney can help your husband determine what he is facing, evaluate defenses, and evaluate mitigation. Consider seeking a confidential consultation, and beware that online posts are not confidential.
