Husbands Arrest
My husband was arrested last night after a fight between us. How can I drop all charges

Husbands Arrest
Only the State can drop criminal charges. However, a criminal lawyer, like myself, can do a lot to get the State to no prosecute the charges.

Unfortunately you will not be able to just "drop the charges". The prosecution of a matter is up to the States Attorney for the county in which you reside.
HOWEVER, you may be able to invoke your marital priviledge and not testify leaving little or no evidence. But without seeing the charging docs and any other evidence, it is very difficult to tell you what will happen in the end.
