Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

Investigation on going against me for a white collar crime in excess of $100K. I am a canadian citizen, legally living in the US. What are the possiblities of getting deported and what happens to my 2 US born children in my custody after my divorce?

If you are convicted, ICE will probably seek deportation. Legally your children may remain, but practically they would have to be able to do that without you.

Although I understand that the immigration issue is related to the criminal, you should consult an immigration attorney. Try Laura Rhodes in Rockville or Mary Ann Berlin in Baltimore.

I concentrate in criminal matters, and I offer a free and confidential initial consultation.
