Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

How likely are you to go to jail for harassment over text messages that included one threat in the messages. This is my first offense and I have a clean record besides a traffic violation. Incident happened for a period of 2 days. Currently have a peace order with the person which has NEVER been violated. Court case is coming up.
