Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Is it legal for a Judge to sentence someone to 10 years on the sex offenders registry when he was found Not Guilty on all counts of sexual misconduct?

I think the answer to this one is obvious. If you are found NOT GUILTY, then you can't be sentenced for the crime. I have a feeling there are facts missing here.
