Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I live in the state of MD, I have full custody of my 2 sons, My ex has supervised visitation one day a week for a few hours. My ex has accused me several times of physical abuse which has landed me in jail. I have been found innocent each time. What can I do to prevent this from happening?
