How would someone living in the state of Maryland go about getting rid of a felony charge on their record that is over 10yrs old?

I would have to know whether you received a Probation Before Judgment, and if so, you are eligible. Otherwise, you may benefit from a motion to reconsider sentence if your lawyer filed the appropriate motion 10y ago. Otherwise, you must ask for a pardon.
