Your resume is your personal document, and you can decide what to include. I have never seen one that included a person's convictions. However, many job and other applications ask whether the applicant has ever been convicted of a crime. That you would have to disclose, or else run the risk of being caught in a lie. In some circumstances charges could follow, if it involved an application with the government, and if it was made under the penalty of perjury.
Convictions are permanent, unless you succeed in obtaining a pardon or in having the conviction overturned.
