Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
in maryland, if sentenced to 10 years without parole and you have three years of good time, (man release date 2011) (Max exp 2014) do you spend any time on parole or just released without parole?

Without parole means that parole is not a part of the sentence at all.
