Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
In Maryland is it trespassing if I was invited into the household by a member of the house and left once the owner of the house asked me to leave? They are trying to get a Peace Order Based on trespassing and I was wondering if that is possible

No, of course what the court believes depends on what witnesses say and whether the court believes them. The District Court of Maryland page at mdcourts.gov has information about peace orders and what a person must prove in order to get one.
