What does "Motion to Transverse and Object to Application of False Violation of Probation
Charges and to Correct a Critical Mistake in Docket Entry, filed." mean?

You would have to read the document in the court file, in order to be sure. However, it sounds like the probationer is claiming that he or she has been falsely accused of violating the conditions of probation and that the record needs to be corrected. The probationer has filed this document for the purpose of doing so.
I would need to see the Court order in which you are quoting the language from to be specific. It sounds like there are 3 things going on in the order:
1.) Motion to Traverse -- someone who is on probation must get permission to travel ("traverse") first.
2.) Objection to Application of False Violation of Probation Charges.
3.) Motion to correct a critical mistake in docket entry.
