Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I have a neighbor who has been harassing, stalking, stealing mail and destroying my properity and intimidating my guest.
I have had two restraining orders one he violated and has a case Feburary 2 2010. yet he continue to cause havoc.
the police as well as the court seem to be insentive to the matter what legal actions can I take and should I hire a lawyer?
