If a person is on probation in Maryland and is caught driving on a suspended license what is the consequences?

You could be violated and sent back to do whatever sentence was not imposed. Driving suspended is a jailable offense and so conviction would violate most probations. But GET A LAWYER, a lot of times Driving Suspended charges can be dismissed.

Potentially, either up to one year of confinement for a violation of 16-303(c) or up to 60 days for a violation of 16-303(h) plus all of the suspended confinement from the probation all to run consecutively.
