Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I plead guilty to CDS possession, I was given 2 years probation. the judge told me if I completed the probation wihout incident,to return to court to have the felony reduced to a PBJ. How do I proceed?

You or your attorney need to write to the court requesting a hearing on the the motion for modification of sentence that should have been filed within 90 days of your sentencing 2 years ago. If you did not have a lawyer and you did not file the motion by the deadline, then you are probably out of luck. If your attorney failed to file it, then you may still be able to get a hearing, if you successfully petition the court for post-conviction relief or coram nobis.
