Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

My probation is ending soon in Maryland. I was on supervised probation for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia for 2 years. I had no dirty urine. So my probation officer granted me unsupervised and I did not have come in for any more urinalysis because of the inconvenience from my job and not volating probation. Am I required to take a urinalysis test to get off. my probation is over in less than 20 days. Do I have to attend court or my PO being as though my money is paid for probation and my drug treatment classes is completed with the certificate.

Follow the instructions that you have and make sure you keep documentation of the requirements that you have met, such as receipts for money and the certificate. After the probation is over the probation agent should send you a letter that your probation is over. If not, contact your agent and ask for confirmation, unless there is something that you know you have not done. Also, if you know any reason why the agent could violate you, but has not, then you may not want to call any attention to yourself.
