Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I put my car in someone's else name they took my car and not trying to give it back. I have documents showing that I paid for that car. I have text to the person asking if I can put it in her name for me. Does my documents help????

A court would probably rely on the MVA registration record, in order to decide who owns a particular car. Regardless of what happened in fact, the documentation would probably be against you.
