Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
my question is this, while using an atm at a local bank i was abducted and robbed then taken to another location and raped. a similar crime was committed at the same location just 1 month prior. i was able to help the police catch the guy by viewing the atm camera footage from the other victim. was the bank some how liable to me as a cutomer of the bank to post some type of notice warning the public of this.

If the bank is liable to you, it would be civilly in negligence, instead of criminal. You should pose this question in a tort law, negligence, or personal injury forum.
