Question.... What is the mandatory sentence on 2nd degree Assault plea Bargain from 7 criminal charges of sexual assault? State of Maryland

Second degree assault does not have a mandatory minimum, unless the defendant has a prior conviction and the state files notice of intent to seek a mandatory or enhanced penalty. Usually the state does not do so for misdemeanor cases.
