Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
If I recieved a citation for consuming alcohol. It states $100.00 its not a trial date or anything do I have to go court or do I just pay fine. This isin pg county,Md

There should be information on the back of the citation. The front should also indicate the statute or ordinance that the officer alleges you violated. Sometimes the possible penalty includes jail, and if it does, you would have to appear in court. You should receive a summons, and you can check the status by searching for yourself on Case Search at mdcourts.gov .
