Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
my son is in jail for murder,pendind an appeal the lawyer he has said that its things
that happen in court thats not in his transcript,they have the person that did the killed
the person they have no evidence on my son just someone who was facing years his self came to be a witness for the state my son was sentence to natural life.my question is with things missing from the transcript how could he win an appeal
