Do I have right to sue the State Attorney for wrongly acuse me on indenity theft?

Anyone can sue anyone in our society. However, you would have to prove that the knew all along that someone else committed the crime or that there was no probable cause to believe that a crime was ever committed. It would not be enough proof to show that you were not convicted.
