Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
In The State Of Maryland Is It Illegal To Threaten To Damage Someones Property?
Also If One Was To Respond To Those Threats Immediatly After With Physical Force (I.E Punches) And Was Charged With 2nd Degree Assault, Would It Be Reasonable To Argue Self-Defense In Court? If The Attack or Punches Stopped When The Person Making The Threats Gave Up?

A person may not use force to defend property, because property may not be assaulted. Seek a confidential consultation with an experienced criminal defense attorney, and beware that on line posts are not confidential.
