Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
if someone tries to say you stole their atm card and used it without permission and now police are involved, but they actually had you go to the atm for them whatcan you do

What you can do is hope nothing happens. Anything that you say and anything that you do may be used as evidence of a guilty conscience. It might also cause the bank or the police to take action against you, if they had not even been looking at you for any reason previously.
If you are charged, you should exercise your right to remain silent and get an attorney.
