I'm a student aid for legal five and a student is accusing me of having relations with another student what can happen to me

Unless someone believes the accusation, then nothing.

If your employer believes it, you might be fired.

Even if the state believes it, then the relations would have to be non-consensual. Either the relations would have had to have been forcible, or the student would not have been able to consent validly, such as by being a minor.
