Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
threatned at gunpoint
i was working at a gas station for about two weeks. well on my way to work i was approached by two men with a gun and told me to steal money from my job. they said if i did not do it that they would shoot me. they also threatned me not to tell the police. so i did it. when i was questioned by the police did i know about it i lied and said no. now ive been charged for theft.i just told my parents the truth. what do think will happen to me?

At the least you can have a conviction on your record for the rest of your life, at the most you can be sent to jail. You should contact a criminal lawyer, like myself, immediately for advice on how to get out of this mess.
