Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I was given a ticket today for shoplifting I had started to try to then got scared and thought that I was caught so I went back into store take things out. I didnt have anything on my person or purse Id gotten all of it out before being taken to back. I have a clean record and I tried to avoid by putting back on shelves when I went back into the store bofre finishing checking out I am scared of what will happen and do I have to go to jail
