Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
If I have trial on September 13, 2011 and the Maryland Rules say that I am to get my witness list and Defense�s exhibits to the State�s Attorney in the case thirty (30) days before the first scheduled trial date when would that be? And when would it be due if thirty days lies on the weekend? John
