Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I am on unsupervised probation for a year, because I was charged on two accounts of theft less then $1000, and I broke probation by stealing $80 from someone and am going to court and being charged with theft less then $1000, and then going to court again for breaking probation. What are the possibliities of what might happen. I had paid restution and done all my community service for the first charges on time. This charge I had paid back what I had stole, I am going to therapy and going to college now also, and have four children that live with me. I never had a stet docket before and thats what I was going to ask my attorney to try to ask for, what do u think might happen?

What happens depends on whether the charges are prove, what penalty the state seeks, and who the judge is. Take all of your papers to the public defender and find out whether you qualify to have them provide a lawyer to represent you and give you specific answers to your questions.
