weed charge
what do you think i would get for a first offense in pg county md for a bag of 10.00 bag of weed that near the vehicle i was in and they asked who's bag it was and 3 of us said it was not ours so they pend it on all 3 people when the weed was not found on neither of us

You would probably get probation, but why not talk to a lawyer and go for a not guilty?

What you should get is a good lawyer. A good fight may leave you with "not guilty". Sounds better to me.
