Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Will and expungement where nolle pros was entered be seen in a background check? This all happened in maryland and my expungement has gone through. I have paper stating that it has been expunged and that it has been expunged from my record.

Law enforcement and the Government will always be able to see the nolle prosequi andt he charge. However, the civilian public, including lenders, employers, and landlords would not, unless they saved the results of an background check that happened before expungement.
