will my parole be violated because of guily verdict for a misdeameanor? i never told her about the arrest how will she know about the conviction

Depending on the conditions of your parole/probation, you may have violated by NOT telling your parole officer about the new charge. Likewise, a conviction of a misdemeanor may also be a parole/probation violation. You should contact an attorney as soon as possible to discuss your case.

However, if you agent does not check, then you may slip by.

Another issue is whether your attorney advised you to plead guilty to the misdemeanor, while you were on parole. Generally, if you have more "back up time" on parole than the misdemeanor carries, it is worth going to trial. On the other hand, if you were facing more time for the misdemeanor than you were backing up, trial would not be worth the risk.
