Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I work in a very volatile business ( pawn and precious metals). I would like to apply for a con sealed permit however I have a prior felony conviction from apx 2002. What's the way around this?

Maryland and federal law prohibit people with felony convictions from possessing firearms. Convictions are difficult to overturn. Evaluating whether a conviction is vulnerable to attack and then litigating to try both involve significant time and resources.
