If Yu Go To Court twice and they kep postponing it what happens the third time if the person still dnt continue to come to court

There is no right, nor is there any limit to the number of postponements. Each one is a question of "good cause" for the judge. I have had to go to trial on the first date, and I have had to wait two years. You should be ready to proceed to trial or negotiate a plea agreement. However, if the state requests postponement and the judge denies it, then it may be a lucky day. I offer a free initial consultation.
