Big problem
I have been gone from the US for one year. I want to return to face my legal problems. I have a pending drunk driving charge in maryland and delaware, and I have broke my one year probation for assaulting a police officer now that is going back to court. I need good legal advice.

You need to get all of your paperwork in order. It may matter if you are a citizen. After you gather all of your paperwork should call an attorney or the public defender to find out your legal rights and options.

Depending on what were your reaons for leaving, you may be eligible for a bond once you get back if you show that you won't flee. It depends on which judge you have for the violation of probation. Feel free to contact me anytime with more details.
