Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

Charged with Dui in maryland and my husband lives in tennessee

My husband got a dui in Maryland while on active duty and he lives in Tennessee. When he went for his court date they gave him 6 months based on Juvenile records. Is this illegal?

A 6 month jail sentence for DUI is not illegal, but you should consider getting a lawyer to ask a judge to reconsider that sentence.
