Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

DUI 3rd Offense

I got a DUI last summer during senior week that was reduced to a License Restriction, then in march I was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, and then again a week later for another DUI. I havent gone to court for the possesion or the last DUI yet. I just got arrested this week again, with another DUI, violating license restriction, driving on a suspended license, speeding, and driving under the influence per se. What do you think is going to happen to me?

Re: DUI 3rd Offense

You now have several legal actions being taken against you by the State. These actions are both criminal and administrative in nature.

Each offense and the varied procedings require legal representation. You need to begin taking action now.

If the evidence supports such for each offense then the frequency of your offenses require a conviction. The possibilty of a plea negotiation based on probation before judgment does not exist.

Convictions may result in confinement. Contact an attorney.
