If I get a PBJ on a plea adjustment for a DWI, am I required to complete the substance abuse treatment either ordered by the probation officer or the judge, in order to get my driver's lincense reuinstated?

Not only might failing to complete treatment affect the MVA's decision, but it might result in you serving jail time for violating probation.
