child custody

I am due to have a baby in november the father seems to think that the courts will decide on custody before then and that he will be in the delivery room whether i want him to or not, is this true?

No. Custody cannot be determined until after the child is born.

Courts do not decide custody for unborn children.

Your health during delivery is essential. Speak to your doctor and express that his presence will cause you to be stressed.

Paternity actions may be brought after birth. Speak with an attorney should this occur.
