Is it possible to get child support reduced and the arrear judgment thrown out after 6 months if you can prove fraud and deceptions was used to get the judgment?

It depends on what you are calling "fraud and deception". If the other parent presented false documents to support his/her income, and you discover that after the fact, you could file a petition to modify the award retroactively. On the other hand, if you just failed to properly prepare your case for the first hearing and were unable to challenge the other parent's testimony, probably not.
